Cancellation policy

Like pretty much everyone, we can't stand subscription services that are hard to cancel! If you have a monthly subscription with us, feel free to cancel or change it at any time, no reason needed.

Your order confirmation emails have links to your order subscription(s). You can manage your subscription from there.

Can't find your confirmation email(s)? Then simply email us at support@shinehempfarm with your First/Last name and shipping address (so we can find your subscription) and simply write "I'd like to cancel my subscription." That's it. We will process your cancellation as soon as possible, typically within 24 hours.
