30-Day No Questions Asked Return Policy

- Once the RA# is provided, please return the product in the original or similarly appropriate box/envelope.
- Returns should be shipped back using a trackable shipping method, with the RA# clearly marked on the package.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
3. Refunds
- After we receive the returned product, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
- Refunds will typically be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt and verification of the return.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been completely consumed or that show signs of tampering or damage after purchase will not be eligible for a return.
5. Limitations
