Hemp FAQ
What is hemp?
Hemp is any variety of cannabis with very low THC levels, (specifically below 0.3% total THC within 4 weeks of harvest).
What is full-spectrum hemp?
Full-spectrum is used to describe hemp products that are minimally processed, retaining most or all of the plants beneficial compounds and terpenes, including trace amounts of THC (to date, there is no such thing as THC-free hemp, including hemp grown for fiber and grain). Full-spectrum products are considered the most effective, as they contain the full range of potentially beneficial plant compounds.
Can hemp products make me high?
No. If taken at the recommended dosage on the label, our products should not cause anyone to feel intoxicated. Please be aware that taking more than the recommended dosage could cause you to feel mildly impaired, as there is up to 2.5mg of THC per dose of our high-strength hemp products (this is true of all full-spectrum hemp products, not just ours).
What types of benefits does hemp have?
The FDA does not allow claims to be made regarding any potential health benefits of hemp. There is an article on the FDA's website about potential concerns related to hemp products. Click here to view it.
Can I fail a drug test while using hemp products?
We cannot guarantee that you will pass a drug test while taking our products. Because our full spectrum hemp contains small amounts of THC, it is theoretically possible to consume enough THC to fail a drug test.
Can hemp interfere with medications I'm currently taking?
Always consult with a healthcare professional before taking any of our products if you are taking prescription medication.
